E- Pals Looking for Partners
Here is a list of teachers that would like to link up with other classrooms across the country.
To make an exchange, click on the teacher's name that you want to make an exchange with. You will be taken to the contact information page to complete the exchange. Each exchange costs five school house dollars and will be deducted from your pen pal fund that you received when you became a member of the School House Curriculum Centre. As soon as you complete the exchange form, the teacher's e-mail address will be sent to you. You can then contact the teacher and establish a link to set the parameters for the exchange.
If you do not see an ideal match for your students, we encourage you to post your own listing.

There are 27 students in my class - 12 boys and 15 girls. My students live in a small community of approximately 5000 in the north west area of Alberta. The main resources are lumber, agriculture (grain) and oil. The community is a mixture of French, English and First Nation people (Cree). We would like to exchange with another community on either the East or West coast, but would be happy with an exchange anywhere so that we can discuss local resources, people and cultural influences. |
